Greenspoon Marder Law’s Tampa Office Welcomes Stephen V. Iglesias

Tampa, Fla. – October 22, 2014 – Stephen V. Iglesias joins Greenspoon Marder Law’s counsel in the Tampa Office.

Iglesias primarily defends health care providers in Medicare and Medicaid fraud investigations and False Claims Act litigation. As a former Florida Assistant Attorney General, he prosecuted a variety of fraud matters in both the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and Economic Crimes Division. Iglesias has been published in The Florida Bar Journal and the Hillsborough County Bar Lawyer Magazine. Iglesias has lectured for The Florida Bar Health Law Section Mid-Year Meeting and the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Health Law Section.

Iglesias is currently a member of The Florida Bar and the American Health Lawyers Association. He holds court admissions for United States District Courts of Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida; and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Iglesias previously served as Chair of the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Health Law Section. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Southern Methodist University and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
