Greenspoon Marder Successfully Represents Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming in Sale to Garnett Station Partners

New York, N.Y. – June 24, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder successfully represented Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming (“Woof Gang”) in the sale of the company to Garnett Station Partners, a New York-based investment firm. Woof Gang is one of the largest pet services and specialty retail brands in the United States with over 200 corporate-owned and franchised locations either opened or under development across 18 states. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Greenspoon Marder team handling this transaction consisted of the Chair of the Franchise Law practice group Adam G. Wasch, partner David Lenox, franchise of counsel Joseph C. Wasch, and corporate associates Kevin Ryan and Katie Heron.
