Greenspoon Marder Associate Josh Goldberg Selected to Serve on the Sports Lawyers Association’s NextGen Committee

Miami, Fla. – December 6, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that associate Josh Goldberg has been selected to serve on the Sports Lawyers Association’s NextGen Committee as a law school liaison. Mr. Goldberg has previous experience as a law school liaison, serving as the student liaison between the Florida Bar’s Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law section, and all Florida law schools.

The Sports Lawyers Association (SLA) is a non-profit, international, professional organization whose common goal is the understanding, advancement and ethical practice of sports law. There are over 1,000 current members: practicing lawyers, law educators, law students, and other professionals with an interest in law relating to professional and amateur sports.

Josh Goldberg is an associate in the Franchise Law practice group, as well as the Innovation & Technology and Entertainment & Sports practice groups at Greenspoon Marder. Mr. Goldberg concentrates his practice on representing franchisors, franchisees, professional athletes, creators, brands, and startups in the media and technology fields in all aspects of commercial transactions.
